Custom Tray Coating for LandCruiser

As part of our regular work with local fabricators, we recently completed blasting, priming, and coating on a custom tray built by Sapphire City Engineering. The tray, custom-designed to suit a LandCruiser, was brought to us for surface preparation and coating that would meet both aesthetic and durability expectations.

Our Process

Surface Preparation
The entire tray was professionally sandblasted to remove any contaminants and ensure a clean, uniform surface for coating. This critical step guarantees proper adhesion and long-term durability.

Priming
We applied a high-performance primer, tailored to withstand the harsh conditions this LandCruiser is built for. This primer forms a corrosion-resistant base coat, extending the life of the finish.

Top Coat Application
To finish, we applied a premium powdercoat matched precisely to the vehicle’s existing colour. The result is a seamless, factory-quality finish that looks right at home on the LandCruiser.
