Dual Axle Trailer - Delungra Client

EPC Coatings recently completed a full surface preparation and coating job for a dual axle trailer, tailored to the needs of a client in Delungra, NSW.

Scope of Work:

This custom trailer underwent a comprehensive finishing process at our Inverell facility, including:

• Abrasive Blasting – Full surface blast to remove mill scale and impurities, ensuring maximum adhesion.
• Priming – Application of a high-performance primer for corrosion protection and longevity.
• Topcoat Finish – Final coat in Aztec Silver, a striking, durable finish chosen for both its aesthetic appeal and long-lasting protection.

The trailer features checker plate steel for strength and durability, and was coated with precision to meet the demands of rural and industrial use.

A standout feature of this project is the elaborate headboard design. Precision-coated to ensure complete coverage, the headboard not only enhances the trailer’s structural integrity but also adds a visually striking element, reflecting the client’s attention to detail.
