Dual Cab LandCruiser Tray Refurbishment

This recent project highlights our complete surface preparation and coating process, tailored for durability and style.

We began by sandblasting the Land Cruiser tray to remove existing coatings and contaminants, ensuring a clean surface for optimal adhesion. The tray was then coated in a high-performance zinc primer, providing robust corrosion resistance, essential for tough Australian conditions. Finally, we powdercoated the tray in ProTexture Black, a textured finish that not only looks sleek but adds another layer of protection against chips and wear.

The result is a rugged, long-lasting finish that’s built to perform on and off-road.
