HTMR Blast Gun
Fully assembled blast gun ready to wet/dry blast.
- High flow precision blast gun.
- Capable of vapor & dry blasting.
- Anodized aluminum body for corrosion protection.
- Brass fittings (3/4" media, 1/2" air) – Media hose port has standard 1/2" NPT threads.
- Ceramic tapered nozzle.
- Tapered nozzle increases viewing and reaches tight areas.
- Nozzle – Long entry & bore for a nice tight & efficient blast pattern.
- Twice as fast compared to "cheap" guns.
HTMR guns differ by airjet and nozzle size combinations. See table below. Airjets and nozzles are available separately to upgrade/downgrade the size of the gun. The gun sizes ship assembled per table below. All parts are interchangeable. Need a bigger gun? 15HP/45CFM is available in boron carbide only.
Sizes Available | ||||
Gun Size | Airjet | Nozzle | CFM @ 60psi | Nozzle Material |
3HP | 3HP | 5HP | 10 | Ceramic/Boron Carbide |
5HP | 5HP | 5HP | 16 | Ceramic/Boron Carbide |
7.5HP | 7.5HP | 7.5HP | 25 | Ceramic/Boron Carbide |
10HP | 10HP | 10HP | 37 | Ceramic/Boron Carbide |
15HP | 15HP | 15HP | 45 | Boron Carbide only |
The table below shows how the 5HP & 7.5HP guns can use a nozzle one size larger. With no other changes, a larger nozzle size will allow more volume of slurry/media however at a slower velocity, which is great for polishing at 40psi. Also, you can build a hybrid gun size to get an in between size. For example, if you want a 20cfm gun, then a 5HP airjet/7.5HP nozzle combo at 80psi will do the trick. The pressure in this case is increased to speed up media velocity. Do not swap nozzles on the 3HP & 10HP gun configurations. Guns do not ship in this configuration, you will have to buy the nozzles separately.

Gun Size | Airjet | Nozzle | CFM @ 60psi | CFM @ 80psi |
5HP | 5HP | 7.5HP | 16 | 20 |
7.5HP | 7.5HP | 10HP | 25 | 32 |
Here is a nice unit converter to go from liter per minute (LPM) to cubic feet per minute (CFM).
